Breeding

We work closely with VT Vets to provide a high quality breeding programme.

VT Vets have vast experience in the reproduction process, with the ability to support your chosen breeding method including natural mating, artificial insemination and embryo transfer. We are able to support you in finding a recipient mare and choose the right stallion as required. 

Many of our clients choose to use Norton Grounds as their breeding location due to its peaceful location and expert on site team: Roger and Sarah Ashby who do foaling watch and Krisha & Jess who look after the young stock. We also have the capacity to keep your young stock with us in turnout until they are ready to move to the next stage of their training. 

We currently have space for the 2024 breeding season.
